The flexibility of our production, for example, allows us to go from the order to the finished product in less than no time. In terms of research, we are able to study specific solutions to the needs of every Customer with the outmost discretion. Once the solution has been found, we can produce and deliver the finished product in a very short time. The daily challenge for us is to consider the quality of our products as the starting point for continuous improvements.

Since SAPICI is a company strongly oriented towards the market, it is structured on the base of a total productive flexibility. It means that one of the main purposes of the R%26D lab is to study and to solve, with great effectiveness, any kind of problem as well as any specific request of the Customer.

In recent years SAPICI, has further improved its production technology to offer polyurethane polymers with free TDI monomer levels reduced to less than 0.1%.
Customers will be able to produce non-toxic coatings, which are requested by the most demanding markets. The new polyurethane polymers, are named as the products SAPICI has been selling up to now, but with denomination "01", meaning TDI free less than 0.1.

In 1997 SAPICI decide to enter in the world of the uni en iso to obtain the italian certification of the quality system for the industry.
On the 09.07.1997 SAPICI got the Certification UNI EN ISO 9002, receiving every year the visit for the inspection.
In the year 2003 we decide to undertake the hard way to get also the vision 2000.
In 2005 SAPICI got the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 certification.
SAPICI sticks to the program "Responsible Care" developing its own activity in the constant attention to a continuous improvement of the safety and protection of the health and the environment.
SAPICI set oneself the main target of making sure the balance between Company aims included in its statute, health and people safeguard and environmental protection, with the final purpose of guarantee the safety of its own workers, its own Customers and the population who live nearby its plants.
According to this point, on June 2006, SAPICI implemented a Safety Management System, to answer to the requirements of the technical specification OHSAS 18001 and to set inside the Company the requirements of the European Instruction 96/82/CE, received in Italy with the D.Lgs 334/99 and s.m.i. and of D.M on August 9 2000, to prevent the eventuality of accidents and to lighten any possible harmful consequences.
In Caronno Pertusella are the executive office, sales office and the administration department, that control both production plants of Cernusco sul Naviglio and San Cipriano Po.
Is the principal plant of SAPICI, where we have the production and where are concetrate all the research and the developing section, quality control and purchasing department.
The very modern plant and the automation of them, make SAPICI one of the most sophisticated plant for resins and adhesives.
On the 40th anniversary of its first production of polyurethane resins, SAPICI has completed a new plant in San Cipriano, to support and step up production capacity of its existing plant in Cernusco Sul Naviglio.
The new plant has been built using modern technology to improve polyurethane resins output with his 70,000 square meters has available free space and the Environmental & Safety permits to potentially increase its initial 25,000 tonnes annual production capacity.
In 2006 Sapici has started up a new alkyd resins plant located in an 80,000 square meter facility in Zhuhai, in the Guangdong area, one of the fastest developing regions in China. The plant will have an annual capacity of 25,000 tons. The new capacity is intended to replace production which is coming from Sapici's Italian plant.
The plant is able to support our Sales in Asian market and to provide the same quality that marks Sapici's products.
